About this tool
Save the primary audio track from a MKV file as FLAC. The video stays on your device. MKV can hold several audio tracks and subtitles. docshift uses the primary track rather than exporting every language track. FLAC output uses lossless compression. Converting lossy audio to FLAC avoids another lossy encode but does not improve the original recording.
Save a video's audio track as MP3, WAV, M4A, OGG or FLAC. Choose an MP3 bitrate for smaller files or higher quality. Files stay on your device.

What happens if there are multiple audio tracks?
The primary audio track is extracted. Other audio tracks and the video are excluded.
